Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are searching for motivated Customer Service professionals experienced in client interaction to join our call centre team and help achieve outstanding service standards. Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hourly wage of $28.88 plus an additional 8% holiday pay
• Based at Mt Wellington, Auckland

Key Duties

• Act as the first point of contact by managing inbound calls professionally and positively
• Accurately enter customer data and requests into computer systems
• Provide friendly and professional telephone communication that leaves customers with a positive impression
• Use empathy to understand customers and guide them towards appropriate solutions
• Efficiently operate various digital platforms and systems
• Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure or demanding circumstances

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be New Zealand citizens, residents, or holders of a valid open work visa
• Proven prior experience in customer service roles
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities
• Ability to excel in high-pressure or stressful situations with confidence and resilience
• Technologically skilled and quick to adapt to new software or systems
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, enthusiasm for assisting others, and a team-oriented mindset
