Role Overview

We are expanding our Customer Success team and seeking a Customer Success Lead to guide farmers through their journey from initial setup to becoming fully proficient with Halter's solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that builds customer confidence and delivers tangible value immediately. Beyond managing onboarding tasks, you will create memorable experiences that simplify our customers' operations and showcase Halter's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the customer onboarding process from sales handover to successful integration with the Customer Success team.
• Design and execute onboarding activities tailored to customers’ needs to maximize product adoption.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing continuous guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to refine the onboarding process and boost customer satisfaction.
• Ensure comprehensive and seamless customer handovers, including sharing essential insights and information.
• Track, analyze, and respond to onboarding metrics to improve the overall experience.
• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders about onboarding progress and improvements.
• Promote positive onboarding experiences that encourage advocacy for Halter.

Desired Profile

• Strong customer focus with proven success enhancing customer experiences across different industries and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex challenges during onboarding, with proficiency in data analysis to optimize strategies.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management capabilities, capable of managing projects end-to-end while maintaining clear communication.
• Experience or education in agriculture is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
