Role Overview

This opportunity includes multiple openings across customer support and inside sales functions in Bengaluru. The positions are open for both freshers and experienced candidates, with immediate joining available and walk-in interviews conducted every day.

Customer Support Associate

This profile involves answering customer questions, handling complaints, sharing information about products and services, and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.

Customer Support Escalation

This profile is for handling escalated customer concerns, addressing more complex complaints, and ensuring that service standards are maintained. Applicants should have at least 6 months of customer support experience, and English fluency is required.

Inside Sales Executive

This role focuses on calling prospective customers, converting leads into sales, meeting assigned targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Salary and Openings

Customer Support Associate: 10 openings, salary of ₹18,000 for freshers and ₹20,000 for experienced candidates.

Customer Support Escalation: 2 openings, take-home salary of ₹23,000.

Inside Sales Executive: 10 openings, salary of ₹18,000 for freshers and ₹20,000 for experienced candidates.

Language Requirements

Customer Support Associate: English + Hindi + Telugu, or English + Hindi + Tamil, or English + Hindi + Kannada.

Customer Support Escalation: English + Hindi + any regional language.

Inside Sales Executive: English + Hindi + Telugu, or English + Hindi + Kannada, or English + Kannada + Telugu.
