Data Analyst - GBS SEA

About the Role and Team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at TikTok drives the company's revenue growth by promoting advertising products, onboarding clients, managing ad campaigns, and collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, account management, agency partnerships, and marketing science teams. This role supports these initiatives by providing in-depth data analysis and insights to strengthen business development strategies and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive data analysis to support both immediate and long-term business development objectives, including strategic planning and execution.
• Collaborate intensively with cross-functional partners such as product managers, data scientists, and engineers to address complex business challenges.
• Design, develop, and sustain reports, dashboards, and metrics that track the performance of business products and initiatives.
• Manage projects as an independent contributor within the team.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Mathematical-related disciplines including Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar quantitative fields.
• Have over 5 years of professional experience in data analytics roles.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in extracting large and complex datasets using SQL and constructing data pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English to facilitate communication and collaboration with multinational stakeholders.
• Preferably have skills in quantitative analysis methods.
• Proficient in data manipulation and statistical analysis using programming languages like R or Python.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hive or Hadoop) is advantageous.

Additional Information

Location Requirement: Priority will be given to candidates who possess the legal right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship from TikTok.
