About the Role

CROSwiss is hiring a Data Analyst, Growth for its Palo Alto, CA office. This position is part of a data team that supports analytics across both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels, with an emphasis on enabling measurable growth and stronger customer engagement. The role works closely with the Director of Data Science and Analytics and contributes to building reporting systems that can scale as the organization expands.

What You’ll Do

• Create and continuously improve automated dashboards that bring key business metrics into focus for different teams.
• Study the full user journey and conversion funnels to identify patterns, drop-offs, and growth opportunities.
• Convert analysis into practical recommendations for marketing and product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth and lifecycle teams to monitor B2B performance and lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop your analytical capabilities through close guidance and mentorship.

This role is based in Palo Alto, CA and is structured as an on-site full-time position.
