Data Analyst

About the Role

Recurring Decimal is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Business Management team within ISDAD's Security Metrics & Reporting function. This position plays a key role in supporting business decisions by efficiently collecting, structuring, and examining data through user-friendly methods and tools. The focus is on extracting meaningful insights from reports and dashboards without demanding extensive coding abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from various internal sources including systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Examine business trends and performance patterns using Excel and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases is advantageous but not essential.
• Create visual reports, charts, and summaries tailored for stakeholders.
• Work closely with different business teams to determine reporting needs and verify data accuracy.
• Handle both regular reporting duties and special data requests as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation and uphold consistency in reporting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables and formulas.
• Knowledge of data visualization software, particularly Power BI.
• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Good communication abilities to effectively collaborate across departments.
• Basic awareness of data governance and privacy standards.
