Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer specializing in GCP Data Analytics with at least 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery, and ANSI SQL to lead data analytics projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain scalable data pipelines and data analytic solutions on the GCP platform.
- Execute advanced data analysis to produce insights that aid strategic business decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data throughout analytics workflows.
- Troubleshoot and enhance performance of BigQuery operations and optimize SQL queries.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Python programming and GCP analytics technologies.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Keep comprehensive documentation on analytics procedures, methodologies, and best practices for the team's knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in advanced Python for data processing and analytics purposes.
- Strong experience in writing and optimizing ANSI SQL queries.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform BigQuery for large dataset management and visualization.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and integrate analytics solutions within GCP environments.
- Up-to-date with latest industry standards and emerging technologies in GCP Data Analytics.
