Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Data Entry Executive to manage and update detailed information related to customers, orders, and products within our ERP/CRM system. The role involves handling data on natural gemstones, jewellery inventory, certifications, pricing, and stock levels accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update customer details, order information, and product data into the company's ERP and CRM systems.
- Maintain precise records of natural gemstone and jewellery inventory, certification documents, pricing data, and stock quantities.
- Conduct thorough verifications to ensure data accuracy and rectify any errors before final submission.
- Regularly update inventory and sales records to reflect current status.
- Prepare and deliver daily as well as weekly reports by utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Organize, scan, and upkeep both digital and physical documentation systematically.
- Liaise closely with the Sales, Inventory, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to coordinate data updates and maintain information consistency.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and protection of sensitive customer and company business data.
