Role Overview

This full-time position involves designing, developing, and managing scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The engineer will work across teams to deliver robust data solutions supporting business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Create, enhance, and optimize pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading large datasets.
Develop and sustain data warehouses and lakes to enable analytical and operational reporting needs.
Partner with data scientists and analysts to ensure proper data access and data integrity.
Monitor pipeline performance, handle troubleshooting, and maintain reliability and efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, standards, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in both relational and NoSQL database systems.
Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, or comparable frameworks.
Understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehouse design methodologies.
Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure for data infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving abilities focusing on system scalability and performance.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $180,000.
