Role Overview
Based in Euroley, New South Wales, this full-time on-site position leads the growth and reinforcement of Ultric Motors’ dealership network. The role includes identifying and engaging potential dealership partners, negotiating contracts, setting performance benchmarks, and rolling out development plans to enhance sales and service effectiveness. Collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams is essential to ensure dealership alignment with product strategies and market dynamics. The head will assess dealership operations, deliver training, analyze regional markets, and produce regular updates for senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective dealership partners and develop agreements that align with the company’s goals.
- Establish and enforce performance standards and development strategies for dealerships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and R&D to integrate dealership strategies with product and market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate dealership performance, providing ongoing support and training to dealer teams.
- Analyze market opportunities at the regional level to guide expansion and improvement efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership regarding dealership network status and progress.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical capabilities, using data to drive decisions concerning dealership growth and optimization.
- Proficient leadership and team management skills to mentor both internal staff and external dealer partners.
- Experience or exposure to research and development as well as market research to anticipate customer needs and market shifts.
- Project management expertise, ensuring dealership initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Background in automotive or commercial vehicle dealership operations or network/channel management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related area, with advanced qualifications considered a plus.
- Capacity to work on-site in Euroley, NSW, with readiness to travel regionally as necessary.
