This full-time position based in Bandon, County Cork, involves preparing premium hot and cold deli products while ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
Candidate Profile
- Having HACCP training is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication abilities are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
- Capability to work well within a team in a busy setting, managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Genuine passion for food and motivating shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody Centra’s core brand values including pride, energy, creativity, and community focus.
- Prepare and fulfill customer orders across all fresh food segments, making items like sandwiches and rolls, serving hot foods, and slicing meats utilizing store portion control standards.
- Cook, prepare, and present food products available throughout the day.
- Maintain the highest quality standards in counter displays across fresh food areas consistently throughout operating hours.
- Share enthusiasm for quality foods by providing customers with recipes, knowledge, and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, promptly, and in accordance with store policies.
