Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Domino's is seeking motivated Delivery Drivers who enjoy driving, can listen to their own music, and want to earn both wages and tips. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with at least two years of driving experience. Domino's offers training for other aspects of the position.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Positions include part-time options with flexible hours. Drivers receive paid mileage, tips after each shift, and an hourly wage paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• At least two years verifiable driving experience
• Consistent employment background
• Compliance with company standards regarding Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), Department of Transportation (DOT), Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA), and/or criminal background checks
• Experience transporting food or beverages is advantageous
• Capability to frequently lift 20 pounds
• Skill in maneuvering a vehicle safely in tight spaces and heavily congested traffic

Additional Requirements and Driving History

• Applicants must comply with driving history standards: those aged 18 must show two years proof of driving history prior to Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) evaluation; those 19 years old must show one year.
• Learner's permit durations confirmed by government authority will count toward driving history, but only if a full license is held presently.

Driving Record Standards

• No more than two vehicular violations (e.g., speeding, failure to yield, careless driving) in the last two years before the MVR evaluation.
• No more than three such violations within the past three years preceding the MVR.
• Only one at-fault accident allowed in the past three years prior to MVR evaluation.

Disqualifying Driving Violations

• Leaving the scene of an accident
• Hit and run offenses
• Reckless driving
• Any drug or alcohol-related driving offenses
• Vehicular homicide or assault
• Unlawful racing or exhibition driving
• Eluding or attempting to elude a police officer
