Job Overview

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to join our team at Revati Print 'O' Pack Unit-II in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role involves managing daily dispatch activities to meet customer schedules and ensuring the smooth movement of finished goods from production to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily dispatch schedules in alignment with customer priorities.
• Liaise with production teams to confirm the availability of finished goods for dispatch.
• Inspect quantity, quality, and specification compliance before loading shipments.
• Oversee vehicle loading operations, ensuring safe material handling.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to arrange vehicle placements and ensure timely departures.
• Monitor consignment movements until delivery and communicate updates to customers as necessary.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, vehicle documentation, and proof of delivery records.
• Work to reduce dispatch errors, shortages, and damage incidences.
• Address urgent shipment requests and resolve daily dispatch-related challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, production, accounts, and customer teams for coordinated dispatch operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and discipline within the dispatch area.

Additional Information

Salary offered for this position ranges from 18,000 to 20,000 INR monthly.
