We are seeking a Document Controller to join our Infrastructure Engineering team in Perth on a permanent, full-time, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily document control functions ensuring project documents are accurate, current, and properly archived within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) or Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Manage review, approval, and dissemination of engineering documents, contractor submissions, and handover files.
  • Maintain adherence to document management standards, including versioning, naming protocols, folder organization, and compliance governance.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative and professional relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
