Role overview
LG Electronics Singapore is looking for a self-driven E-commerce Assistant Manager / Manager to lead revenue growth across TikTok and KrisShop. The role owns the full sales journey, including marketplace performance, livestream planning and delivery, and content-led commerce initiatives. It suits someone with strong commercial thinking, disciplined execution, and the confidence to work independently while coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of sales and operations across Singapore e-commerce channels, especially TikTok and KrisShop.
- Use performance marketing to improve sales outcomes and drive strong ROAS.
- Partner with the marketing team on TikTok content initiatives.
- Handle Seller Centre operations and implement platform-led initiatives as needed.
- Support affiliate activity, livestreaming, broadcasting features, feed posts, and related campaign tools so they are used effectively.
- Work with platform KAMs to shape campaigns, obtain additional exposure, and manage co-funded vouchers.
- Track, review, and interpret performance data regularly, then turn findings into reporting and actions that improve business decisions and store results.
- Recommend improvements for e-commerce storefronts, including layout, design, and communication messages aligned with brand rules and campaign needs, with the aim of lifting sales, customer experience, and membership.
- Manage the e-commerce marketing budget and operational spending together with the performance marketing team.
- Coordinate with content creators, livestream hosts, and affiliates to produce conversion-focused content.
- Provide clear briefs, expectations, and performance feedback to creators.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns accurately and on time.
- Prepare sales forecasts with cross-functional metrics and align stock availability with demand planners.
- Apply knowledge of logistics planning and product movement.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Deliver regular performance reports for assigned e-commerce stores.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree, ideally in business administration or marketing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online brand stores, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics.
- Prior work with online platform KAMs is preferred, along with exposure to joint business planning with platforms.
- Direct experience managing e-retailers such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok is essential.
- Strong commercial understanding of business and e-commerce.
- Solid project management ability and comfort managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to livestream hosting operations and coordination.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data-mining capability.
- Customer-focused mindset with a good grasp of consumer behaviour, brand management, and shopper marketing.
- Advanced Excel and strong knowledge of platform sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales and brand management.
- Strong eye for CX/UX improvements.
- Positive attitude with a clear drive to achieve KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and stay agile in a fast-paced environment.
