About the Role
AJP Impex Private Limited is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to handle vendor relations, procurement processes, and inventory management to ensure product availability on various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor communications and coordinate to procure products effectively.
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders diligently.
- Follow up on outstanding orders to guarantee timely receipt of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels to plan for stock replenishment proactively.
- Maintain detailed records of vendors, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure consistent availability of products on all e-commerce channels.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduated in any field of study.
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, procurement, or vendor management roles.
- Sound understanding of purchase order management and inventory control systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP software applications.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong coordination skills.
