About the Role
Artsy Home is seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to oversee and enhance our Etsy and eBay marketplace operations based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role is ideal for individuals interested in online selling and eager to develop expertise in e-commerce management. Comprehensive training will be provided to successfully onboard the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Etsy and eBay platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Process and manage orders including handling returns and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor product inventory and ensure timely stock updates.
- Drive sales growth and monitor marketplace performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate product uploads and dispatch schedules.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Basic understanding of how Etsy and eBay marketplaces operate.
- Effective communication and proficiency in computer usage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other e-commerce tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation Details
The monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, with potential for higher remuneration based on experience and skill level. Fresh graduates demonstrating strong learning abilities are encouraged to apply.
