Role Overview
The E-Commerce Manager will handle end-to-end management and scaling of seller operations across multiple domestic and international online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, eBay, and Meesho. The position involves listing optimization, inventory coordination, advertising, pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with platform standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities on various seller portals to maintain and grow marketplace presence.
- Craft and continuously update product listings with keyword-optimized titles, detailed bullet points, searchable backend terms, and enhanced product images to boost conversion.
- Work closely with suppliers, production units, and logistics teams to maintain inventory flow and ensure prompt order deliveries.
- Design and implement SEO plans tailored to each marketplace and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns aiming to achieve targeted ACoS and ROAS.
- Conduct competitive market analysis regularly to set dynamic pricing strategies that maximize profitability considering commissions, shipping, and margins.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators like traffic, conversions, CTR, and returns on a weekly and monthly basis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain excellent seller account health by overseeing customer feedback, reviews, and adherence to marketplace rules and policies.
Additional Information
The monthly remuneration range for this role is INR 10,000 to INR 20,000. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site.
