eDiscovery Project Manager

Overview

APT Search partners with a specialized legal services firm seeking eDiscovery Project Managers to oversee Relativity projects from start to finish. There are three available positions: two aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) and one covering Central or Eastern Time (CT/ET). These fully remote positions are ideal for candidates deeply familiar with Relativity, who maintain client relationships and act as the primary technical liaison. The processing and production tasks are handled by an internal dedicated team under your direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of active eDiscovery projects, from initial intake to final production and closure.
• Serve as the main contact for client communications and handle client requests directly.
• Act as the Relativity expert for clients, providing guidance on workflows and best practices.
• Identify and resolve any issues promptly to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal processing and production teams, directing their technical efforts rather than performing the technical tasks personally.
• Keep clients consistently updated with transparent and timely communication throughout the project timeline.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing eDiscovery projects.
• In-depth, hands-on familiarity with Relativity on a daily basis; possession of RCA certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and serve as a technical point of contact.
• Strong problem-solving skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle—including processing, review, and production phases.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000.
