eLearning Content Developer

Position Overview

This opportunity is with a partner company seeking an eLearning Content Developer based in the United States. The role is focused on transforming complex technical subjects into engaging, scalable digital learning experiences targeted at global learners. You will create instructional videos, courses, labs, and certification materials by collaborating closely with product, engineering, and enablement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce interactive eLearning resources including self-paced courses, instructional videos, hands-on labs, and technical demonstrations.
• Maintain and continuously enhance the existing learning content by auditing and updating based on product developments.
• Support certification program development by ensuring assessments stay current and aligned with educational goals.
• Utilize generative AI tools to streamline the ideation, scripting, drafting, and production of course materials.
• Guarantee all educational resources meet stringent standards for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and engagement.
• Collaborate with various teams including product, engineering, and customer enablement to gather knowledge and develop effective training experiences.
• Apply instructional design methods to overcome learning challenges and expand knowledge adoption globally.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in developing technical training content for enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience designing digital learning experiences such as videos, courses, exercises, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data technologies, security, privacy, or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, and media creation software like Evolve, Camtasia or Synthesia.
• Experience incorporating generative AI tools into content creation processes to enhance efficiency.
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and collaboration across technical and non-technical groups.
• Educational background in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Additional expertise in data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise technologies is advantageous.
• Experience working independently with excellent judgment and prioritization capabilities.
