About Nemean Solutions, LLC
Nemean Solutions, based in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a veteran-operated and SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization providing specialized Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT, Cybersecurity, SOF Exercise and Training, and Program Support services to Federal and State Agencies within the US Defense, Intelligence, and Aerospace sectors.
Job Overview
This role supports the Special Tactics Training Squadron by delivering instruction, curriculum aid, and educational development aligned with government contract terms. Working hours align with the Government customer’s specified core hours.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create eLearning products and develop instructional technology solutions.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of online courses and training programs.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
- Update and maintain training materials and learning management systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology.
- At least five years of instructional technology experience within the Department of Defense environment.
Security and Travel
- Must hold an active Secret security clearance.
- Potential travel within and outside the continental United States may be required.
