Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires managing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire-fighting, elevators, and civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regular inspection and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel, external contractors, and site activities prioritizing quality, safety, and deadlines.
• Identify and analyze equipment malfunctions and devise robust engineering solutions to address them.
• Validate and authorize procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring compatibility with technical standards.
• Manage and monitor building construction activities, verify compliance with approved blueprints, and track progress against planned timelines.
• Compile detailed maintenance documentation, assist budget planning, and liaise with consultants and departments for cohesive operations.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in electromechanical maintenance engineering.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
• Age between 25 and 38 years.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic with proficient English communication skills.
• Experience in managing maintenance contracts is advantageous.
