Role Overview
We seek a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple executives. This dynamic role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating comprehensive travel and event plans, serving as a liaison among teams, and assisting with personal logistics.
The ideal candidate is a reliable and forward-thinking partner who anticipates needs, prioritizes critical matters, and ensures smooth information flow throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage intricate calendars and prioritize meetings amid competing demands.
- Organize travel arrangements and event logistics, adapting to last-minute changes as needed.
- Serve as a communication hub, maintaining organized and timely exchanges internally.
- Prepare for meetings with necessary materials, document notes, and oversee follow-ups and action items.
- Assist with personal assistant tasks and requests as required.
- Contribute to fostering team culture through onboarding, events, and daily coordination.
- Monitor and administer team budgets and financial reports.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or founders, preferably in a startup setting.
- Proven capability in juggling complex schedules, travel plans, and competing priorities flawlessly.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and oriented towards anticipating and solving challenges.
- Effective communication skills: concise yet detailed as the situation demands.
- Adaptable and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Upholds strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- A positive mindset, undertaking all tasks with enthusiasm regardless of size.

Compensation
