About the Role
The Amazon Transportation Services team in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support three Directors within a fast-paced and expanding environment. This role involves managing sensitive information with discretion and displaying professionalism when interacting with senior-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple complex calendars supporting teams across various locations.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans.
- Coordinate and submit expense reports efficiently.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate team events including staff meetings, all-hands gatherings, off-site activities, and social functions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on critical tasks and outstanding issues.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, program managers, recruiters, and fellow Executive Assistants to support the organization's needs.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of new operational processes within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years supporting senior leadership roles or at least 2 years of experience at Amazon.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related applications.
- Experience managing executive-level calendars.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work experience in a dynamic, technology-focused company.
- Expertise in managing multiple calendars simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $80,200 to $97,400. Compensation packages may also include sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
