Overview
We invite current and former financial advisers to become part of PhillipCapital's Talent Acquisition team in Singapore, focusing on expanding the Wealth Advisory division. The team is looking for innovative professionals with excellent interpersonal talents to drive business expansion and form strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Financial Advisory Consultants (FAC) and Wealth Managers (WM) through contractual agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and prospective candidates to facilitate recruitment.
- Engage and consult Team Leaders on hiring initiatives and recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and other business units.
- Develop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Host and moderate webinars and seminars to connect with prospective candidates.
- Provide briefings and address inquiries via seminars and social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and onboard suitable candidates.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and organizations to support outreach and recruitment events such as career fairs and webinars.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree in any field.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is beneficial.
- Holding certifications such as CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, and HI enhances candidacy.
- A strong desire and appropriate mindset to succeed will be evaluated positively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for one-on-one and group engagements.
- Familiarity or proficiency in basic coding, artificial intelligence implementation, and robotic process automation (RPA) is preferred.
