Job Overview

This position is dedicated to verifying the precision, quality, and compliance of customer visit information through extensive field audits. Responsibilities include performing on-site customer validations, aligning data with system records, evaluating collection visit performance, and generating comprehensive audit reports. The role also involves contributing to training efforts to bring collection agents in line with audit standards and organizational policies, ensuring uniform and regulatory-compliant field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent visits to customer locations to confirm the accuracy of data reported by collection agents, such as customer details, visit timing, and results.
• Cross-verify field data with database entries to detect and resolve inconsistencies.
• Assess the quality and outcome of customer engagement during collections.
• Draft detailed audit reports outlining findings, suggestions, and improvement areas.
• Support creation and delivery of training modules to improve collection agents’ adherence to audit requirements and company best practices.
• Ensure all field operations comply with internal policies and governing regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in field auditing or a similar function is preferable.
• Strong analytical thinking coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Competence in computers and applicable software such as CRM platforms and tools for data analysis.
• Ability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to dependable transportation.
• Experience within the collections domain and understanding of compliance regulations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the geographic areas for audit activities is preferred.
