Executive N - Production

Role Overview

This position is part of the supply chain function in Hyderabad and focuses on managing production-floor activities, maintaining process discipline, and ensuring records, checks, and reporting are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the prescribed production procedures and work instructions without deviation.
• Verify that raw materials are added in line with the requirements of each batch.
• Complete the necessary transactions and process entries in SAP.
• Keep environmental and quality documentation updated on a regular basis.
• Share production progress, plan updates, and section-related issues with supervisors.
• Organize shift plans around manpower, machine availability, batch requirements, and related needs.
• Assign operators across shifts and ensure charging and processing of batches as scheduled.
• Make sure all in-process inspections are performed according to process standards.
• Prepare the shift handover report at the end of each shift and update operator efficiency records.
• Log equipment failures and breakdowns in SAP.
• Perform daily rounds of the section to monitor operations.
• Forecast consumable needs, raise store requisitions when required, and keep track of inventory levels in the section.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the shop floor, machines, and equipment.
