Factory Labourer (Printing & Production)

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and diligent Factory Labourers to join our printing and production department. This role involves assisting with machine operations and supporting general manufacturing activities in a factory setting based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation of Flexo Printing Machines.
• Assist with the functioning of CO₂ Laser Cutting Machines.
• Manage the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products efficiently.
• Provide aid to machine operators during production processes.
• Ensure the workplace is clean and adhere to all factory safety protocols.
• Carry out other related factory tasks as required to support operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Good physical health and readiness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in printing or manufacturing is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Possesses qualities such as honesty, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate within a team.
