Position Overview

The Field Execution Representative role, based in West Palm Beach, FL, functions as a vital ambassador for the Celsius brand throughout various retail channels including grocery stores, specialty shops, health clubs, and convenience stores. This full-time role requires on-the-ground engagement within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement merchandising plans and execute promotional initiatives effectively.
• Visit assigned accounts, making 15-20 daily calls to manage relationships and ensure brand presence.
• Collaborate with store managers to secure product placements such as PDQs and end caps.
• Communicate sales opportunities and leads to the territory sales manager.
• Expand product distribution within store guidelines and approval.
• Maintain proper stocking and merchandising of shelves, cold vaults, and coolers.
• Rotate inventory from backstock to displays following account-specific protocols.
• Setup and replenish point-of-sale materials as authorized.
• Support new store openings and assist with store resets.
• Document merchandising activities with photos and submit regular reports including mileage logs.
• Conduct product demos when requested.
• Keep an organized database of key accounts for planning purposes.
• Ensure timely completion of account visits and reporting through the Celsius sales application.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in retail or merchandising preferred; merchandising experience an advantage.
• Owning a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record and insurance.
• Personal vehicle availability, with allowance provided.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week, Wednesday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling.
• Strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, and teamwork capability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Must reside in the same county as the assigned territory.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay rate is $25 per hour with overtime available as needed. The work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday.
