Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to expand a driver-partner network throughout the Gold Coast area. This hybrid role blends working remotely with active community engagement, requiring you to divide your time between home-based tasks and direct local outreach to generate leads, assess prospects, and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through community outreach initiatives, pop-up events, and presence at busy local locations.
- Evaluate prospects by confirming their basic criteria and authentic interest in the opportunity.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition, customizing the message for each individual.
- Maintain records of leads, conduct follow-ups, and share observations and data using CRM software and spreadsheets.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the brand across various markets within Gold Coast.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, preferably involving cold calling or field sales activities.
- A proactive mindset with self-motivation and a strong results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and confidently in simple terms.
- Familiarity and comfort with using applications, CRM systems, and spreadsheet tools.
Operational Details
- Possession of a valid Australian driver’s licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Gold Coast region and availability to work occasional weekends for events.
- Flexible remote working arrangements combined with local market visits when necessary.
