About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Finance Research Analyst to join our team remotely. This position involves designing and advancing frameworks to evaluate AI agents operating within financial contexts. The analyst will conduct original research, develop relevant datasets, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance AI model performance in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Create and refine evaluation frameworks for AI financial agents, including benchmarks and scoring systems.
Perform innovative research in financial reasoning and decision-making to drive measurable AI improvements.
Develop and maintain datasets and benchmarking environments that represent authentic enterprise finance scenarios.
Work actively with researchers and engineers to assess and optimize finance-centric models and agent systems.
Analyze patterns in model behavior and performance to derive actionable insights and steer research directions.
Publish research outcomes and share best practices to advance AI comprehension in finance.

Qualifications and Requirements

An advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a closely related discipline; a PhD is strongly preferred.
In-depth domain knowledge in finance sectors such as investment research, capital markets, or risk management.
Proven expertise in rigorous financial research and analytical method development.
Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with experience resolving complex challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication proficiency, including producing detailed research documentation.

Additional Information

Position offered remotely; compensation ranges from $350,000 to $500,000 per annum.
