Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to explore and analyse various financial markets, including traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi), covering equities, derivatives, options, digital assets, and broader macroeconomic trends. The role involves supporting the development, evaluation, and enhancement of AI-driven agents to improve financial strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial markets spanning TradFi and DeFi sectors such as equities, derivatives, options, digital assets, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Assist in designing, testing, monitoring, and refining AI agents for better performance.
• Utilize programming skills in Python along with APIs, spreadsheet software, databases, and AI tools to automate workflows related to research, reporting, and trade execution.
• Evaluate the performance of AI agents including their decisions and risk controls to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen strategic discipline.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Technologically adept, ideally experienced in Python programming, with familiarity in APIs, automation technologies, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrate strong enthusiasm for traditional and decentralized finance, AI-powered agents, trading bots, and systematic investment approaches.
• Highly analytical with keen attention to detail, capable of critically assessing AI-generated results; comfort with numerical data is required, and interest in quantitative methods and mathematics is advantageous.
• Adaptable to hybrid or fully remote working environments.
