Position Summary
The Financial Controller is responsible for supervising the organization’s accounting and financial reporting activities. Key duties include ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fiscal records, managing month-end and year-end closures, preparing financial statements, enforcing internal controls, facilitating audits, supporting budget preparation, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring compliances with statutory requirements. Candidate Requirements
- Currently residing in the UAE and willing to relocate to Congo.
- Experience in industries such as mining, sponge iron production, power generation, or manufacturing.
- Proficient in budgeting, cash flow oversight, and financial analysis methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting frameworks, and internal control protocols.
