About Growfitz and Role Overview
Growfitz, a rapidly expanding branch of The Catalyst Group, is dedicated to offering top-quality FMCG products that promote healthy lifestyles. The company prides itself on innovative sales approaches and fostering lasting relationships with customers. We are seeking a motivated and targets-focused Sales Executive/Tele-sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur on a full-time basis. This role involves actively driving the sales of Growfitz's FMCG portfolio by engaging with consumers and managing customer interactions using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls while confidently pitching Growfitz products.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to potential clients and customers.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to handle customer leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and negotiate deals to finalize sales.
- Develop strong customer relationships ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Experience or proficiency in using CRM software for sales management.
- Previous background in FMCG sales, tele-sales, or direct B2C sales is advantageous.
- Energetic and driven individuals with excellent negotiation skills.
Compensation
The monthly salary package ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
