About the Role
Corbado serves as the passkey intelligence platform catering to extensive Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) teams, partnering with clients such as VicRoads (serving 5 million users), financial institutions, and prominent e-commerce enterprises. As a Founder's Associate Intern in AI GTM Engineering, you will function as the immediate support to the founder by developing AI-driven go-to-market (GTM) systems that propel the business forward.

- Design and manage autonomous GTM systems involving multiple steps and AI agents for automated outreach, content creation, and thorough prospect analysis.
- Contribute to innovations tied to internet technologies like passkeys, passwordless authentication, and digital verifiable credentials.
- Develop and implement your own ideas swiftly, witnessing immediate impact on sales pipelines.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and GPT, adopting new AI capabilities immediately upon release.
- Advocate for a customer-focused approach and uphold best demonstrated practices (BDP) in work style.
- Collaborate closely with experienced engineering and product development teams.
- Engage in continuous learning by exploring recommended readings on startups, growth, and AI automation in your free time.
- Enjoy a vibrant work environment in Munich during evenings.
Current Focus Areas

Candidate Profile
- Identify as a digital native aligned with Corbado's mission and core values.

- Possess or be willing to rapidly develop programming skills, potentially through AI-assisted coding environments.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and creativity rather than following rigid instructions.
- Exhibit accountability and curiosity, actively contributing ideas for automating tasks and applying AI solutions.
- Maintain high standards in performance, motivation, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
- Prefer working onsite for enhanced team collaboration, although hybrid arrangements are possible.
- Exhibit proficiency in English to interact with the English-based product, website, and support system.
