About the Role

Oxygen Advantage® in Galway is offering an entry-level freelance opportunity for an eLearning Video Editor. This role involves collaborating with fellow video editors, designers, and the eLearning manager to convert raw footage into engaging educational lessons including lectures, demonstrations, and course materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all video assets for projects.
• Edit video content to enhance clarity and flow.
• Synchronize audio and video tracks effectively.
• Add basic motion graphics and titles to support content.
• Create subtitles for accessible learning materials.
• Deliver final videos in specified formats on time.
• Adhere to brand standards and learning objectives throughout editing.
• Engage in review cycles, apply feedback, and revise content accordingly.
• Optimize videos for delivery across various learning platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video production and editing tailored to educational content.
• Experience designing and integrating motion graphics that reinforce learning points.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro software.
• Understanding of effective file organization standards within video production workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to incorporate constructive feedback.

Additional Information

This freelance position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week for a minimum duration of three months. Ongoing consistent work is expected throughout this period with potential for additional hours.
