  • Keep accurate daily records, incident notes, and security paperwork, and escalate safety or maintenance problems promptly.
  • Support office events by managing sign-in, badge handouts, and NDA completion in partnership with the Workplace Experience Team.
  • Track, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages while keeping the package area organized and deliveries moving on time.
  • Look for opportunities to improve visitor experience with AI and contribute ideas that make operations more seamless and modern.
