Front Store Supervisor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations including cash handling, cashier supervision, and merchandising.
• Ensure cashier and merchandising staff adhere strictly to all store policies and procedures.
• Provide training, ongoing guidance, and instructions to cashiers and merchandisers.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention protocols, manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking sheets, and PC Optimum processes.
• Maintain a professional store image in line with the Uniform Policy.
• Handle customer inquiries related to product locations and rainchecks and resolve customer issues such as refunds and exchanges within established guidelines.
• Promote the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey actively.
• Ensure merchandising excellence by keeping shelves clean, organized, and rotated properly, while setting up or dismantling product displays as directed by management.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store appearance, comply with health and safety regulations, and perform clerical and banking tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to loss prevention policies and procedures and fulfill cashier duties when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making abilities to organize the store efficiently.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with computers and effective time management skills.
• Knowledgeable about store products and supplies.

Compensation: The hourly pay rate ranges from $17.60 to $19.00, dependent on experience and geographic location. This is a newly established position. The company employs artificial intelligence in candidate screening and selection processes.
