About the Role
Join PepsiCo as a full-time Merchandiser based in Olds, Alberta, where you will play a critical role in ensuring our popular beverage brands are readily available to Canadian customers. Key Responsibilities
- Stock Pepsi beverages on store shelves, racks, coolers, and displays, using both manual and powered equipment.
- Support promotional activities by maintaining full shelves and properly utilizing marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to help deliver outstanding service across Pepsi accounts.
- Organize and maintain back-room inventory in a tidy, orderly manner.
- Remove expired products regularly to ensure customers receive only fresh merchandise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have completed High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent credential.
- Students from any program are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is mandatory.
- Physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs as part of routine job duties.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and excellent time management abilities.
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in merchandising or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Previous exposure to grocery store environments is a plus.
