General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Walmart is currently hiring full-time General Maintenance Technicians to work onsite at its Distribution Warehouse located at 1659 Potertown Rd, Midway, TN. Positions include roles such as Battery Changer, Custodial Staff, Licensed Electricians, and Maintenance Technicians who perform repairs and preventive upkeep on facility equipment.

Compensation

• The hourly pay ranges from $14 to $38.9, ensuring compliance with minimum wage laws for the specific location.
• Additional performance incentives may be awarded on an annual or quarterly basis.
• Supplemental premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be offered depending on shift schedules, work performed, facility conditions, season, or other qualifying factors. Multiple premiums could be applicable simultaneously.

Work Schedule and Location

• Shift options include Weekday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, and Weekend 4th and 5th shifts.
• Employment is on-site at the Midway, TN distribution center.
