About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent Irish company, supported by new investors prepared to infuse significant capital into the business. This opportunity is for an impactful General Manager role with direct reporting to the CEO, expected to lead strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to propel business units towards sustained growth.
- Assume full commercial and P&L responsibility across multiple companies including forecasting and capital allocation.
- Champion the adoption of the group’s centralized digital ERP and operating systems to replace decentralized spreadsheets and inefficient processes.
- Direct commercial strategies with an emphasis on scaling high-margin, recurring revenue sources such as service, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Lead identification, evaluation, and seamless integration of strategic acquisitions within the Irish detection and security sector.
Candidate Profile
- Proven industry experience in similar leadership roles within the sector.
- Strong affinity for process optimization, simplifying workflows, and establishing robust systems that empower employees.
- Demonstrated success in M&A integration and nurturing significant B2B client relationships.
Compensation
Salary for this position will reflect the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Additional Information
This role requires full-time, onsite commitment in Blanchardstown, Fingal, Ireland.
