Position Overview
As a Guest Relations Agent at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha, your role transcends typical check-in and check-out duties. You will be responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay by delivering a broad range of services. Empowered to take initiative, your tasks will include managing operational requirements, responding to guest inquiries, preparing reports, and providing insightful local area information. Every interaction aims to become a seamless part of the guest's experience.
Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
Success in this role depends on upholding a number of critical factors: maintaining a safe workplace, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality and company assets, ensuring high standards of quality, and presenting a professional appearance and communication at all times. Physically, you should be prepared to be active on your feet for extended periods and take a hands-on approach to various tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications
The minimum education requirement for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is required. There are no licensing or certification prerequisites.
