Role overview
Vriksham Management is looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to support hiring activities for its pharma industry operations in Bejai, Mangaluru. The position is focused on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and keeping the recruitment process organized and candidate-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and narrow down profiles based on the hiring criteria.
- Arrange interview timings between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep in touch with candidates across each stage of the recruitment cycle.
- Record and manage recruitment data to help ensure a seamless hiring process.
Requirements
- Background in recruitment or talent acquisition is needed; prior pharma recruitment exposure will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work on your own and handle several open positions at the same time.
- Comfort using recruitment portals and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of ₹30,000 to ₹35,000.
