Role overview
PROMAN Staffing is working with a global manufacturing employer to fill a strategic Human Resources Manager position. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an HR professional who can act as a trusted partner to leadership, shape people strategy, and also handle hands-on daily HR operations in a busy manufacturing setting. Relocation to Central Florida is available.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main HR contact for site leaders and management teams.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance efforts.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and growth plans for high-potential employees.
- Help ensure adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and current HR practices.
- Contribute to a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in HR generalist, HR business partner, or HR leadership roles.
- Strong background in employee relations and leadership coaching, preferably in manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and influencing abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Preferred qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience using Workday, Dayforce, or comparable HRIS systems.
Additional information
This is a direct hire position. Relocation to Central Florida is offered.
Preferred certifications and HRIS experience are beneficial but not stated as mandatory.
