About the Role
Our client, a well-established Irish-owned contract catering and hospitality services company operating across multiple locations nationwide, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. Recognized for exceptional service quality and a strong people-centric culture, the company is expanding and committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of the HR function with an emphasis on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and compliance.
- Lead all permanent and temporary recruitment efforts, managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
- Provide managerial guidance on employee relations, handling disciplinary actions, grievances, absence, and performance issues.
- Champion employee engagement and retention programs.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to Irish employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems, produce reports and recruitment metrics, and support policy development and audits.
- Regularly visit multiple business sites to support managers and employees, contribute to new site openings, and help sustain a positive employee experience across locations.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience managing HR operations in a multi-site environment.
- Sound knowledge of Irish employment law and best HR practices.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Experience in employee relations within hospitality, contract catering, retail, FMCG, or similarly fast-paced sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid driving licence and readiness to travel regularly across multiple locations.
