Human Resources Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline and bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR operational experience, preferably within contracting firms in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of HR operations including employee onboarding, documenting contracts, maintaining personnel files, and handling employee relations and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal HR policies, including knowledge of QID, visa formalities, and government-related HR procedures.
• Oversee payroll administration, WPS, attendance tracking, overtime calculations, leave management, and generate accurate HR reports.
• Handle employee performance management processes such as KPI implementation, appraisals, and productivity monitoring.
• Manage exit formalities, final settlements, and play an active role in employee retention strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably in Qatar's contracting sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance standards.
• Proficient with MS Excel and various HR information systems, alongside strong data reporting capabilities.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) required.
