Implementation Consultant - HCM/HRMS

About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) based in Ahmedabad. This position requires hands-on experience in deploying HRMS/HCM solutions and involves close collaboration with clients from initial engagement through to post-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of HRMS/HCM product implementations from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough requirement analysis and customize solutions according to client needs.
• Lead the onboarding process for clients, including facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring smooth Go-Live transitions.
• Engage with various stakeholders to provide training and maintain effective communication.
• Deliver post-implementation assistance by resolving issues and supporting users.

Preferred Experience

Candidates should have practical knowledge of reputed HCM/HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, ZingHR, PeopleStrong, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, greytHR, Pocket HRMS, Keka, Ramco, or equivalent HR technology products.
