Role overview

The Summit of Future is looking for a part-time, on-site Implementation Manager for its Dubai office. In this position, you will keep projects moving by planning schedules, aligning with different teams, and making sure targets and deadlines are met.

What you will do

You will lead the implementation of event-related plans and operations, working closely with vendors and supporting execution on the ground. The role plays an important part in making sure every project supports the Summit’s mission and vision while contributing to a strong attendee experience.

What the role calls for

• Ability to plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Strong coordination skills to help events run smoothly from start to finish
• Good communication, collaboration, and people skills for working across teams
• Experience handling vendors and arranging logistics for large events
• Comfort with fast changes and the ability to solve problems under pressure
• Working knowledge of project and event management tools
• Previous exposure to event planning, event operations, or a closely related role is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in event management, business, or a related discipline is an advantage
