About the Role
Navinora Pvt Ltd is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Interview Trainer to join our Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication abilities and be capable of preparing and coaching students for university and visa interviews. This position requires strong presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to aiding students in achieving their international education ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sessions dedicated to visa interview preparations for students pursuing studies abroad.
- Train students for university interviews and admission examinations.
- Offer guidance on interview etiquette, communication proficiency, and confidence enhancement.
- Provide tailored study plans based on destination countries, university specifics, and pre-departure advice.
- Administer mock interviews followed by constructive feedback to improve student readiness.
- Help students comprehend course details, university criteria, and visa application processes.
- Create interview questions and prepare training materials aligned with country and university requirements.
- Monitor student progress to ensure thorough preparation before interviews.
- Collaborate with counselors to facilitate seamless student support throughout admissions.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions and student outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Confidence in delivering both individual and group training sessions.
- Ability to motivate and effectively guide students.
- Basic understanding of international study processes preferred; training will be provided if needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior background in training, teaching, counseling, or experience in the study abroad sector is an advantage but not compulsory.
