About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist to join our IT department at the Riyadh headquarters and support multiple branches within the Kingdom. This full-time, on-site position requires travel to branch locations and focuses heavily on maintaining and securing IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain the IT infrastructure encompassing networks, endpoints, identity management, and backup systems across headquarters and branches.
- Enforce and oversee security baseline standards, access control mechanisms, endpoint protection, software patch management, and quick incident response.
- Provide practical support during branch launches, IT equipment setups, and critical incident resolution, involving on-site visits.
- Deliver IT support services to employees at all company locations via remote and on-site assistance.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation of IT processes and internal tools.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance monitoring capabilities.
Essential Qualifications
- Between 5 to 7 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Proficient bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English, both orally and in writing.
Desirable Attributes
- Background in retail or environments involving multiple branches.
- Possession of certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Fortinet, or equivalent credentials.
Performance Metrics
- Maintaining high system and network uptime.
- Effective incident management and adherence to service level agreement resolution times.
- Compliance with security standards and proactive patch management.
- Timely and successful setup of new branch IT infrastructure.
Additional Information
The selected candidate will be expected to support both the headquarters and other branch locations, which includes travel. Meeting all mandatory criteria is crucial for consideration.
